2. Payroll Specialist (5 Job Position)

Finance & Accounting Executive / Supervisor

Job Description :
– Taking a responsibility for Bank (Payment and Check incoming fund)
– Monitoring and Reporting Petty Cash
– Prepare and Input Journal entry into system, Updating daily bank into bank book, reconcile bank statement every month, Handle full set of account and monthly closing.
– Involved in full spectrum of closing activities including processing of accrual and period-end journalization
– Handle day to day AP, AR, GL operations and other accounting functions
– Processing and checking of invoices.
– Tax filing and settlement of income tax and all taxes in Indonesia
– Having knowledge in Indonesia Corporate taxation, Personal Tax, Value-add Tax
– Assist to liaise with external parties including Bank, Audit Firm and System vendors
– Ad hoc assignment including projects

Requirements:
– Candidate must posses at least Diploma,Bachelors Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent
– Minimum Accounting qualification with at least 2-3 years accounting experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
– Have knowledge in any kind of Accounting system program : SAP,Accurate,MYOB etc
– Attention to detail, Self motivate, hardworking, excellent attitude, able to multi-tasking
– Proficient in written and spoken English and Passive Mandarin is a plus

Payroll Specialist and Junior Payroll Consultant

Job Description :
– Prepare monthly payroll calculation including process for all account which connected with witholding tax 21.
– Provide and analyze current payroll, benefit and tax procedure
– Ensure the monthly salary is properly delivered on time for all employees
– Manage regular preparation of relevant management report including monthly and year end report.
– Handle bpjs report monthly and other related process
– Coordinate with client regarding payroll data and answering client question related to payroll

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in ccounting, tax and human resources disipline or equivalent, Min GPA >2.75
– At least 2-3 year experience in payroll or related area, fresh graduated is welcome to apply.
– Experience with taxation of employees, have brevet A&B.
– Strong proficiency in use of Ms.excel formula
– Good skill and experience in HRIS payroll system is a plus
– Understand about procedure and technical of BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan
– Must highly organized and detail oriented
– Willing to learn new thing and highly motivated
– Good spoken and written english and passive mandarin will be a plus
– 5 Job Position available for Payroll Specialist
– 3 Job Position available for Junior Payroll Consultant
