Sampoerna Financial Group looking for IT Development Program (Management Trainee) with requirement :
• Young and energetic Information Technology fresh graduate with interest in pursuing a career as future leader in the banking sector.
• Self motivated, high initiative and able to think creatively
• Excellent at communication and interpersonal skill
During our 5 month development program you will have opportunities to develop knowledge and IT skills required at banking sector and even hands-on experiences to be mentored by our senior management team. Upon completion of the development program you will be placed as a junior manager with competitive salary and benefit package
Please find below the requirement :
• Bachelor in Information Technology from reputable universities
• GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Minimum TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC score 500/6/550
• Having knowledge in Database system SQL Server, MySQL, Net C#, VB, PHP, SDLC and network
• Maximum age is 24 years and max 1 year experience
