Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Auditor
Responsibilities: audit transaction, procedure/policy, cash, invoice & stock opname (HQ & all Branches).
Requirements :
a. Male/Female, age max 28 years old.
b. Hold university degree from Accounting
c. At least 1 year experience as auditor/internship in public accounting firm.
d. High motivation, good interpersonal skills, detail type person, curious, investigative and willing to traveling.
e. Excellent Microsoft Office.
2. Finance Staff
Responsibilities: Handle invoices, petty cash and office expenses.
Requirements :
a. Female, age max 28 years old.
b. Hold university degree from Accounting/Finance.
c. At least 1 year experience.
d. Good communication & detail type person
e. Excellent Microsoft office.
3. Purchasing Staff
Responsibilities : Handle import, Purchase report to management & principal, Control delivery from supplier & forwarder.
Requirements :
a. Female, age maximum 28 years old
b. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree from Accounting, Management / Econom
c. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
d. Preferably candidate must have experience in export – import procedure including government regulation
e. Fluent English language.
f. Able to operate Microsoft Office.
4. Sales Executive
Responsibilities : Selling product to retail customer. Develop & expand new channel.
Requirements :
a. Male/Female, age max 28 years old.
b. Hold university degree from any major.
c. Good motivation, communication & presentation skill.
d. Well knowledge in sales.
e. Target oriented.
5. HRD Staff
Responsibilities: Responsible for providing support in the various HR functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development and other administration duties.
Requirements:
a. Male/Female, age max 30 years old.
b. Hold university degree from psychology.
c. Experience as HRD Staff min 1-2 years.
d. Communicative and can work under pressure.
e. Excellent Microsoft Office.
6. Sales Corporate
Responsibilities : Selling product to corporate customer /project. Develop & expand new channel
Requirements :
a. Male/female, age maximum 30 years old.
b. Hold university degree from IT.
c. preferable 2 years of working experience as sales project/corporate.
d. Fluent English Language.
e. Communicative & representative person.
7. Delivery SPV
Responsibilities: Manage & control warehouse team, Analysist delivery order to customer from fowarder (service level), Control warehouse & delivery system, Implementation 5R.
Requirements :
a. Male, age max. 30 years old.
b. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
c. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
d. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
8. Administration Staff
Responsibilities : Handle administration, filling & report.
Requirements :
a. Male/Female, age max 28 years old.
b. Hold university degree from any major.
c. Good analytical and administration skill.
d. Excellent Microsoft Office.
9. Telemarketing
Responsibilities: Handle order customer by phone/walk in customer, in put sales order by system.
Requirements:
a. Female, Age maximum 27 years old.
b. Minimum D3 from any major.
c. Experience as customer service/telemarketing; fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
d. Representative, Good communication skill and customer oriented.
e. Excellent Microsoft Office.
