Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk is one of major player in General Insurance Company in Indonesia, invites applicants to fulfil the following positions:
1. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate with min. Bachelor degree from reputable university.
2. Minimum GPA 3.00 from any major discipline.
3. Male/Female maximum 24 years old
4. Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in General Insurance
5. Good command in English (written & verbal).
6. Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
7. Geographic mobility required both during and after completion of the program. Willing to be placed in any location of branch / representative office of PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk.
2. INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
2. Having experience 2-4 years in the related field is required for this positions
3. Strong knowledge in auditing process both financial and operation.
4. Able to giving advice and recommendation about any internal audit matters and finding to improve organization effectiveness.
5. Able to prepare audit report and communicate any findings to management or the respective department.
6. Computer literate, details oriented and strong analytical.
7. Willing to travel is must.
3. FIRE UNDERWRITING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major discipline.
2. Candidates should have 4 to 5 years underwriting experience in General Insurance.
3. Having good relationship skills as this role requires close relationship with sales department, for that reason outgoing character will be a plus.
4. Passed A3IK will be preferable
5. Candidates should have excellent computer literacy & good administrative skill.
4. FINANCE / ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirements :
1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree from Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
2. Having min. 2 year working experience in Accounting and Taxation.
3. Computer literacy & good administrative.
4. Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF
Requirements:
6. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in from any major discipline
7. Having 2 years working experience as GA Staff.
8. Having a good knowledge about general affairs and managing fixed assets
9. Proactive and eager to learn
10. Computer literacy & good administrative
5. BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Preferably staff or Supervisor specialized in Architecture
• Maximum 30 years old
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Required skills: intermediate in AutoCad, familiar in estimated cost, intermediate in Microsoft Office, beginner in SketchUp is a plus
• Candidate will be evaluated as contract for 2 years, then she/he will be appointed as a permanent employee

6. MARKETING STAFF ( Jakarta, Makassar, Bandar Lampung)
Requirements :
1. Min. Diploma (D3) degree from any major discipline.
2. Teamwork player, hard worker and target oriented.
3. Responsible for sales and marketing of general insurance products
4. Able to maintain good relationship with existing clients (individual clients & Corporate)
5. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
6. Computer literacy & good administrative
