About The Program :
Designed for fresh graduates aspiring to carve a career as a front liner in banking, you’ll get a clear head start with KEB Hana Front liners Program. We have carefully put together a structured program to prepare you for a role as a front liner and grow your career within the bank.
Qualification :
– Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major, with minimum GPA 2,75 out of scale 4.0
– Maximum 26 years of age
– A polite, toughtful and friendly attitude
– Fluently in English would be an advantage
– Proficient in windows based application, such as : word, exel, power point, etc.
– A self motivated, energetic and having a can do attitide
– Exellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

About The Program :
Designed for fresh graduates aspiring to carve a career in banking, you’ll get a clear head start with KEB Hana Talent Banker Program we have carefully put together a 12-month structured program to prepare you for a role within the bank.
The learning journey begins with comprehensive industry orientation, followed by extensive training, overseas exposure, in-depth job rotation and personalized mentoring by senior managers in order to equip you with a strong banking foundation.
You will be assessed continously on your potential to succeed in this fast-paced and demanding career. Your outstanding work performance, strong leadership qualities and positive will put you in a good stead to be selected for fast-tracking to become the professional banker for our future.
Qualification :
– Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any major. But major in finance, economics, business or IT are preferable, with minimum GPA 2,80 out of scale 4.0
– Maximum 26 years of age
– Fluently in English both in spoken and written
– A self motivated, energetic and having a can do attitide
– Exellent in verbal or written communication skills and interpersonal skills
– Display strong leadership and collaboration skills
– Proficient in windows based application, such as : word, exel, power point, etc.
– Additional requirements for IT : Familiarity with application development, system integration, interface development, etc, exposure to various IT areas, and related IT Certifications (A+, Network+, etc) would be advantage
