1. Assistant of Branch Managers (Full Time)
Job Descriptions:
• Assist Branch Manager in communications from Chinese to Indonesian and vice versa
• Support Branch Manager in developing and applying marketing strategy
• Help Branch Manager to control and monitor Sales in achieving target
• Analyze and follow up on customer’s selling condition and performance
• Maintain good relationships with prospective customers and existing customers
Requirements:
1. Male, max. 30 years of age, preferably single
2. Bachelor’s degree from all majors (S1) are welcomed
3. Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (especially Speaking)
4. Able to go for business trips
5. Hard working, able to work under challenging environment, discipline
6. Placement in Tangerang&Bekasi
2. Admin Assistant (Full Time)
Job Descriptions:
1. Making daily reports related to department’s job scope
2. Help department’s leader and members in regards to administrative works and filing
3. Responsible for department’s reimbursement processes and control
Requirements:
1. Female, max. 30 years of age, preferably single
2. Diploma Graduates (D3) &Bachelor’s degree from all majors (S1) are welcomed
3. Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (especially Speaking)
4. Hard working, able to work under challenging environment, discipline
3. Trainer (Full Time)
Job Descriptions:
1. Arrange training events and become the training events speaker/translator
2. Make training documents, and help manager in arranging and translating training materials
3. Hold training result evaluation, and also assist manager in coordinating with all divisions in regards to KPI making
4. Help in Sales, SPG, and SPM managements and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
1. Female & Male, max. 35 years of age, preferably single
2. Bachelor’s degree from all majors (S1) are welcomed
3. Ability to write, speak, and read in Mandarin Chinese fluently is highly preferred
4. Experience in giving training or teaching will be a plus
5. Good communication and public speaking skills
6. Hard working, able to work under pressure and challenging environment, discipline
4. Sales Executive (Full Time)
Job Descriptions:
1. Start partnership with potential, new dealers; while maintain good relationships with current existing dealers
2. Handle traditional and also modern electronic market
3. Promote and selling products (different types of residential and some commercial ACs)
4. Plan selling strategy
5. Actively plan and hold promotional events for their own areas
6. Making daily report update regarding selling data
Requirements:
1. Male, max. 35 years of age, preferably single
2. Bachelor’s degree from electronic engineering (S1) or Diploma (D3) in refrigeration technique are a plus
3. 1 – 2 years work experience in other home/electronic appliances brands are highly preferred
4. Good English skills. Have Chinese skills is a plus
7. Good communication and persuasive skills
8. Independent, hard-working, able to work under pressure, target-oriented
5. Event Promotor (Freelance Event Based)
• Pria/Wanita Maksimal semester 3
