PT MNC Investama Tbk, one of the largest investment companies throughout Indonesia, owning business activities which cover a wide array and variousbusiness sectors, among others the sectors of Financial Services, Multimedia and Broadcasting and Information Technology and Investment Portfolios.
One of PT MNC Investama’s subsidiaries, PT MNC Asset Management is engaging in investment management and investment advisory services. We are currently seeking candidate to fill the position as :
1. BRANCH MANAGER
Responsibilities :
•To coordinate, monitor, ensure, and maintain all branch operational activities are according to the company’s rules and goals.
Requirements :
• Associate or Bachelor degree.
•Have experience in capital markets, insurance, banking and other financial institutions or at least 3 years, mainly to open opportunities for cooperation with distribution channels.
• Hold WAPERD certification will be advantages.
• Extroverts, easy customer contact.
• Pleasant personality but assertive (not easily discouraged).
• Able to work individually as well as team.
• Strong customer base and extensive network.
2. BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/OFFICER
Responsibilities
•Responsible to establish and grow valuable long term relationship with MNC Asset Management.
• Maximize business opportunities from new customers.
• Introduce company’s investment products (mutual funds) to customers.
• Visit regularly to existing customers to maintain good relation.
• Handling customers complaints related to company’ s product.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Public Relation.
•Male/Female, max. age 30 years old.
•Strong knowledge on wealth management, financial markets and investment products.
•Have WAPERD license will be an advantage.
•Computer literate – Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, highly initiative, creative and be able work with team.
•Good appearance, analytical, communication (selling & negotiation skill), and interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work based on targets and achievement.
• Placement for Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya.
3. Product & Promotion Manager
Responsibilities :
•To develop marketing activities in mutual fund, including organize, monitor, evaluate all marketing activities. To coordinate with merchants, insurance company, suppliers, media, etc to support marketing activities.
Qualifications :
•Male / Female, 30-35 years old.
•Bachelor degree any major.
•Min. 3 years experience in business development or marketing communication in Capital Market or Banking industry.
•Good knowledge in capital market products (mutual fund).
•Hold WAPERD certification will be advantages.
•Hard worker.
4. Product & Promotion Officer
Responsibilities :
•Develop and implement promotional activities as part of the company’s marketing campaign.
Requirements:
•Male/Female, age 25-30 years old.
•Bachelor or Master degree majoring Marketing Communications from reputable universities (local orabroad), with min. GPA 2.75 (out of 4.00) from any major.
•Experience min. 1 years in the same position.
•Pleasant and attractive personality.
•Good interpersonal, communication skill and good networking.
•Fast learner, creative and highly motivated.
•Be able to design programme will be advantage.
•Be able to communicate in English (written or oral).
5. TELEMARKETING
Responsibilities
•Responsible for maintain and follow up database client by phone.
•Sales Call.
•Create report about Sales.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Management / Economics.
•Male/Female, max. age 28 years old.
• Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, creative and be able work with team.
• Has good communication, interpersonal skill and teamwork.
• Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Placement for Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya.
6. Administration
Requirements:
•Male/Female, Age 20 – 25 years old
•Candidate should posses min Diploma 3 any major
•Experience min 1 years in the same position
• Good correspondence skill
• Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Discipline, honest & responsible
