1. SALES & MARKETING

Major : Any

Head of Sales & Marketing (MT)
Responsible for overseeing the operational of sales and marketing division to ensure sales target and budget achievement.

Sales Supervisor (MT)
Responsible for monitoring order taking sales achievement and maintain the team’s performance.

Marketing Event
Responsible for increasing brand awareness through promotional activities.

Marketing Horeca
Responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with customersthat leads to sales growth in hotel, restaurant, and catering segments.

Salesman
Responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with customers, products selling, paymentshandling, and ensuring attractive products display (especially in general and modern trade).

2. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Major: Management, Graphic Design, Any

Export Marketing
Responsible for sales expansion to international market by building and maintaining customer relationships, serving customers that encompasses order processing, delivery, and settlement.

3. WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC

Major : Any, preferable Industrial Engineering & Operational Management

Warehouse Supervisor
Responsible for controlling the whole warehouse processes in thedistribution center to ensure SOP compliance throughout the processes.

Transportation Planner
Responsible for route mapping, delivery scheduling, and monitoring operational process of products distribution.

Supply Chain Management
Responsible for demand forecasting, production scheduling, and calculating equitable goods distribution.

4. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Major: Accounting, Finance, Tax, Any

Accounting Supervisor
Responsible for the branch office’sfinancial and operational recording reports to the Head Office.

Internal Auditor
Responsible for audit process implementation to ensure operational and financial processes run in accordance with the standard operational procedures (SOP).

Tax
Responsible for handling company’s tax documents and keep up to date with the current tax procedures, as well as to assist the company during internal audit processes.

Administration
Responsible for organizing documents, and preparing related documents and reports as requested.

5. HR & GA

Major: Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, Any

HR Training & Development
Responsible for designing and developing training and development programs based on company requirements.

HR Recruitment
Responsible for recruiting and placing candidates to the required position in the company.

HR Generalist
Responsible for handling the whole HR operational processes, including recruiting and employee administration, in the factories or branch offices.

Content Writer
Responsible for content researching, writing, rewriting, and designing to be informative and attractive publicity materials, such as slide presentation, handbooks, posters, etc.

6. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Major: Information Technology, Information System, Computer System.

IT Helpdesk
Responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting assistance to users related to computer systems, hardware and software.

IT Application Support
Responsible for designing application according to user’s requirements, from requirements identification, making business flow chart, coordinating with developers, to testing, implementing, and application training to users.

General Requirement :

SMA/SMK, D3, S1, or S2 in any major
