Open positions hiring are:

1. Sales Executive

Job Description:
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers
• Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
• Establishing contact and develop relationship with regular and new customers
• To keep and maintain customer database and preferences
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
• Performing and maintain daily stock inventory
• To ensure product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition
• Perform additional service such as bracelet shortening & strap adjustment

Requirement:
• Strong in persuading communication
• Passion for customer service-outstanding
• Sales minded
• Flexible work schedule
• Minimum 1 year in sales roles and retail (High End Watch) business is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Spoken Chinese or Hokkien is a plus

2. Sales Supervisor

Job Description:
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respectedCustomers
• Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
• Establishing contact and develop relationship with regular and new customers
• Supervising employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers
• To keep and maintain customer database and preferences
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
• Monitoring daily stock inventory, ensure product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition

Requirement:
• Holding at least Diploma degree from reputable academy or university.
• Having at least 2 year of experiences in high end brand to help the incumbent in serving the client with full confidence.
• Having strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill
• Having the desire for the sales job with strong determination and be self-motivated in in leading team
• Posing the high skill of teamwork and performing the job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in today’s competitive market.
• Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
• Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require.

3. Boutique Manager

Jobs Description:
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers
• Monitoring sales activities to ensures that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Managing and controlling inventories stock on and reorders when inventory drops to a specific level
• Involved in hires, trains and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishing, promoting or firing workers when appropriate
• Sales examines merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised
• Leadership & ability maintaining the team
• Administration skills

Requirements:
• Having at least 3 years of experience of supervisory/management in a high-end sales environment or similar fast paced.
• Having an experience in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility and strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Demonstrating an ability to effectively lead and direct; coach and train others in a retail setting, and the ability to relate well using communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills required.
• Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
• Having the experience in a high end retail environment
• Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require
