1. IT – APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Responsibility :
• Developing, coding, and testing integrated software which is related to division needs
• Maintain, support, and enchance existing software with new features and function
• Reporting
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Profiency in SQL Server 2014, Visual Studio, C#, PHP, ASP.NET
• Having good analyze for trouble shooting and application development
• Responsible & honest
• Willing to be placed in Maspion Plaza (Jakarta Utara)
2. PPIC
Requirements:
• Educated to Diploma(D3)/ Bachelor’s Degree(S1) in Faculty of Humanities (Chinese)
• Male or Female with Maximum ageof 30 years old
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Able to make plan, good attention to details & strong analytical skill
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Communicative, problem solver, and likes new challenges
• Ability to work on shift

3. PRODUCTION ENGINEERING
Requirements:
• Educated to Diploma(D3)/ Bachelor’s Degree(S1) in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
• Male or Female with Maximum ageof 27 year’s old
• Able to read Engineering Drawing
• Improvement of Production Process
• Understanding of Risk Management
• Ability to work on shift
• Willing to be placed Modern Cikande Industrial Estate KabSerang
4. COST ACCOUNTING
Responsibility :
• Update standard cost in the bill of material and review standard and actual cost
• Analyzing and periodical report gross margin analysis by product
• Analyzing product design, service provided to determine effects on cost
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare journals entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, and validate the cost of goods sold
• Maintaining cost accounting system
Requirements :
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting is a must
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in Ms. Office
• A self motivated individual capable of prioritising and working to deadlines under minimal supervision with attention to detail
• Willing to be placed in Cikande-Serang or Cikupa-Tangerang
5. WAREHOUSE STAFF
Responsibility :
• Maintaining warehouse storage capacity rate
• Create stock related reports
• Doing routine cycle count to assure high stock accuracy
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial)/ Business Studies/ Logistics/ Management or Equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent in statistics and Ms. Excell
• Having good interpersonal, communication skills and smart working
• Able to work in high pressure condition
• Can work individually or team
• Discipline, honest, and responsible
• Willing to be placed in Pulogadung
6. INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST
Responsibility :
• Monitoring all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identify all operational problems in inventory
• Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy off all products transfers from one facility to other
• Monitor and ensure accuracy off all inventory transactions and maintain records off all stockroom locations
• Monitor all inbound material requests of warehouse and ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for same
• Train employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to manual and update processes if required
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Warehoouse/ logistics, business studies/ management or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position, preferable from logistics or forwarder company background
• Good analytical thinking, creative and having problem solving skill
• Demonstrated leadership skill
• Strong facilitation, influencing and team building skills
• Able to work under tight deadline, discipline, focus and able to work with minimum supervision and also a good team player
• Willing to be placed in Sunter
7. LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Responsibility :
• Maintains distribution of finish good by organizing routing; maximizing unit utilities and recommending improvements
• Meets logistics operational standards by contributing logistics information to strategic plans and reviews
• Resolving problems & identifying logistics system improvements
• Accomplishes logistics human resources objectives by selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
• Communicating job expextations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Warehouse/ logistics, business studies/ management or equivalent
• At least 3 year (s) pf working experiences in the related field is required for this position, preferable from logistics or forwarder company background

Responsibility :

• Support promotional program that has been planned by the marketing team

Requirements :
• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Educated to Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree any major
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Have a good relation
• Highly responsible, innovative & detail oriented
• Able to work independently or in team

• Strong communication skills and persuasive
• Having experience in sales & Marketing minimum 3 year’s in building & Material company
• Willing to be placed in Semarang, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Jakarta
9. SENIOR BUILDING UTILITY
Responsibility :
• Responsible for maintenance and repair building
• Making general service strategies related to building and maintenance and repair utility
• Providing and ensuring residents facility on the field is Adequate (electric, water,health, safety, and others)
• Responsible for enviromental safety building
• Overseeing the function of Tenant Relations, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Finance, Operation Centers, in order to provide Quality Services to residents
Requirements :
• Minimum Educated to Diploma(D3)/ Bachelor’s Degree(S1) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Candidat with knowledge in building defect works and familiar with maintenance works and process would be an added advantage
• Process strong initiative and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
