We provide Preschool, Kindergarten, Primary, Junior and Senior high level of education. Using Christian Curriculum, National and International curriculums with high distinctive such as mastery learning, character building, biblical foundation as well as to uphold the excellent academic standard. All teaching materials are delivered in English except in National subjects. Our enrichment program will also equip our students with essential life skills and eye-open them to value life-long learning.
1. Homeroom Teacher/Assistant Teacher (All Levels)
QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor Degree (Preferably Education/English Literature/Psychology major)
• Age 23 – 35 years old
• Excellent English proficiency
• Having CELTA/TEFL will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in English language, for homeroom teacher
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in English language, for assistant teacher
• Passionate in education, responsible, committed and caring.
• Creative and effective in making lesson plan as well as in delivering lessons
• Familiar and highly involved with project based learning
• Possess good leadership, class/student management and communication/counseling skill
• Communicative and capable to work both in team and individually
• Good record of conduct and character
• Good record of health
• Preferably resides in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading, Sunter and surrounding areas)
• Indonesian citizen
Responsibilities:
• Establish and conduct an encouraging classroom environment that utilizes space, materials, routines, and guidance techniques to effectively facilitate physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of the students
• Build good mentoring and positive relationship with students
• Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments to motivate and instill enthusiasm for learning
• Prepare and develop morning devotion to enhance students’ spiritual growth
• Build good rapport with parents to positively communicate regarding students’ achievement, and learning development
• Integrate creative learning strategies including use of models, project based learning, group
activities and multi media
• Evaluate and fill students’ progress report for each term
2. Subject Teachers (Primary, Junior and Senior High)
QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor Degree (preferably Math/Science/Social Studies/Economics/Business Studies)
• Age 23 – 35 years old
• Active and Fluent English
• Minimum 2 years experience in teaching subject (eg. math, science, social studies, etc)
• Familiar and highly involved with project based learning
• Passionate in education, responsible, creative, dedicated, and caring
• Possess good leadership, class/student management and communication skills
• Capable to work in team
• Excellent record of conduct and character
• Good record of health
• Preferably resides in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading, Sunter and surrounding areas)
• Indonesian citizen
Responsibilities:

3. Marketing
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably majoring Marketing/Public Relation/Communication
• Active English
• Age 27 – 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in Strategic Marketing or management level
• Competent in Digital Strategic Marketing and Branding
• Excellent public relation and communication skills
• Computer literate: Ms Office and adobe photoshop
• Pleasant personality and good appearance
• Good conduct and behavior
• Target oriented
• Preferably resides in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading, Sunter and surrounding areas)
• Indonesian citizen
Responsibilities:
• Build and run regular social promotions/campaigns and track their success
• Create, innovate and promote educative and entertaining marketing strategy in line with school’s
vision and mission
• Assist with events planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the school
• Assist in creating templates of great design using your expertise for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media and other medias.
4. IT Qualifications:
• S1 jurusan computer/IT
• Usia 25 – 35 tahun
• Menguasai instalasi dan penggunaan hardware & software
• Memiliki kemampuan menangani troubleshooting
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk setup, maintenance LAN network dan server
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam maintenance website
• Menguasai Windows Server
• Mengenal infrastruktur server (Mail, database, antivirus server)
• Dapat bekerja secara individual maupun tim
• Mempunyai pengalaman di bidang yang sama
• Jujur, bertanggung jawab, rajin, tekun, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
• Memiliki kemampuan di multimedia (audio dan sound system) dan/atau fotografi/video editing (kelebihan yang dipertimbangkan)
• Diutamakan berdomisili di Kelapa Gading, Sunter dan sekitarnya
Responsibilities:
• Design, monitor and maintain computer networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Maintain computer systems. This may include troubleshooting wide area networks, servers and routers, local area networks, and switches
• Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
5. Mandarin Teacher
QUALIFICATION :
• Bachelor Degree (Preferably Chinese Literature Degree)
• Age 23 – 35 years old
• Excellent Mandarin proficiency
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in teaching Mandarin/Chinese language subject
• Experienced in teaching national plus/international school students
• Love children, passionate in education, responsible, and committed.
• Creative and effective in delivering lessons
• Possess good leadership, class/student management and communication skill
• Communicative and capable to work both in team and individually
• Good record of conduct and character
• Good record of health
• Preferably resides in North Jakarta (Kelapa Gading, Sunter and surrounding areas)
• Indonesian citizen
Responsibilities:
• Teach Mandarin language as the second language based on the designated curriculum
• Develop and implement lesson plans to motivate and instill enthusiasm for learning
• Integrate creative learning strategies including use of models, group activities and multi media
• Establish and conduct an encouraging classroom environment that utilizes space, materials, routines, and guidance techniques
• Evaluate and fill students’ progress report for each term
