Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT I Like Gym Indonesia adalah pusat pengembangan anak yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan fisik, sosial-emosial dan kognitif dengan cara yang menyenangkan, peduli dan lingkungan yang aman. Saat ini kami sedang membuka kesempatan kerja untuk beberapa posisi di Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Cabang :

1. Database Engineer Staff
Job Description :
• Design and development of databases to support application.
• Development of reporting solutions through SSRS.
• Modify databases and products according to client needs.
• Working to create functional requirements.
• Providing assistance to others in topics related to data management.
• Designing and developing database architectures.
• Assists in conducting needs analysis for the development of new system and/or the modification of existing systems.
• Ensures production reports are accurate and delivered in timely manner.
• Ensures the integrity and security of institutional data.
• Creates necessary technical and architectural documentation.
• Provide timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects.
• Troubleshoots data issues, validates results sets, recommends and implements process improvements.
• Actively identifies and participates in training, education and development activities to improve own knowledge and performance to sustain and enhance professional development.
• Develops proactive working relationships with employees both inside and outside the team.
• Helping superior in develop IT Department.
• Do instructions assigned and given by superior.

Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree(S1) related to Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to break down complex cross functional technical problem.
• Inherently curios and energized by the challenges working Big Data.
• Excellent query writing skill and communication skills.
• Knowledge in SSIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting tools such as SSRS and SSAS.
• Familiar with Microsoft environment.
• Ability to work in an interrupt driven environment and easily move from task to task while maintaining overall productivity.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to be careful and thorough with detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work related issues and problems.

2. Finance Officer
Job Description :
• Prepare journal entry for daily transaction.
• Perform bank reconciliation between ledger and document.
• Process payment list, invoices, bills for payments.
• Dealing with purchasing, issue purchase orders and oversee inventory.
• Verify and cross check voucher with supporting documents (invoice, PO, purchase reports, authorization, etc).

Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Having more than 2 years experience in accounting field.
• Computer Skills, especially in MS. Office Application and Accounting Software.
• English fluency is preferable.
• Trustworthy, high attention to details, and good team player.

3. Account Executive
The Account Executive will execute the overall account strategy for assigned accounts to generate business in the B2B market.
Overall, the position is accountable for the following :
• Execute sales strategy to achieve grow revenues from companies/institutions (B2B Market).
• Retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts through total account penetration, margin management and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain current business relationships for new business within accounts.
• Identify and aggressively solicit new accounts.
• Gain understanding of the target customer and service expectations; serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions both prior to, and during the program/event.
• Ensure an outstanding service delivery is maintained at every customer touch point, issues are resolved timely and to the customers’ 100% satisfaction.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations and brand network to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, personal selling, presentation sales, exhibitions, trade shows, etc.
• Act as the customer’s advocate through understanding account needs and opportunities.
• Develop a close working relationship with operations to ensure execution and implementations.
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
• Conduct and coordinate site inspections, as required.
• Effectively resolve customer’s issues that arise in the sales & execution process.
• Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.

• Fluent in Indonesian & English (min. score TOEFL 500) and have excellent communication skills (business presentation).
• Have a minimum 1 year experience in B2B Marketing and Sales in, Hotel, Recreational Parks and Retail industries.
• Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible in responding to change or business needs.
• Possess a good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and high energy level.
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8.
• Possess a good computer skill, especially in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).

4. Student Life Management (Customer Care)
• Responsible for proactive relationship building with customers.
• Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
• Identifying, escalate priority issues, and resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating problems.
• Completing call logs and produce call reports.
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and share applicable information with management and staff.
• Filing Incident Reports documents.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.

• Male/Female, age from 22 – 30 years old.
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8.
• Expert in Computer Skills, Especially in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• English minimum passive and has excellent communication skills.
• Experience minimum 1 year in a call center environment (Inbound/Outbound).
• Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility in responding to change or business needs.
• Display good judgements, good analytical thinking, highly organized, and proactive customer development.
• Love challenge, good interpersonal skills, honest, hard worker, high pace and high endurance.

5. Customer Service Representative
Job Description :
• Providing a welcoming atmosphere to kids and parents at the gym.
• Responding to childrens’ and parents’ enquiries and feedbacks.
• Providing information to prospect regarding Rockstar Gym, Membership and actively contact prospect for membership sales.
• Implementing gym SOPs.

6. Greeter (Admin)
Job Description :
• Check and Balance Daily Report (Membership Sales Report, Merchandise, Petty Cash, Cooler sales and stock).
• Input membership data into Membership Management System accurately and on timely basis.
• Manage member request (freeze, cancellation, etc) into Club Membership Management System, work together with Data and Services Admin in Home Office and General Manager.
• Handle telephone inquiries on club services, schedules, and customer requests.
• Respond to members’ concerns and feedback.
• Perform daily checks on condition of club facilities and services and take actions as necessary.
• Contact members with outstanding accounts over the phone to follow up payments, update payment method information.
• Communicate, assist to organize club activities and internal promotions to members through microphone announcements, etc.
• Actively interact and assist members on inquiries and needs.
• Follow all documentation procedures and file records in an organized manner.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
• Prepare required reports and submit as per schedule, such as Daily (Operations Recap report, Official Receipt Log, etc) and Monthly (Saved Cancellation, etc).
Job Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
• Can speak English will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Typing and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationship with members in all ages.
• Willing to work at shift time and weekends.
• Customer service or admin experience will be an advantage.

7. Class Assistant/Instructor Assistant
Job Description :
• Assist the instructor in teaching classes.
• Assist the instructor in managing the children in classes.
• Make sure that attendance for all classes is checked.
• Carry out tasks as required by the management and Gymnastic Instructor/Manager
• Attend meetings and trainings set by the Management.
• Pass on all information received from members to management to help improve our service.
• Maintain a smooth relationship with all staff.
• Provide the best service possible to all members and parents.

• Very good command in both written and spoken English will be an added advantage.
• Having experience in the related field will be an added advantage for education teacher’s background.
