1. Customer Service (CS) Class Program
Job Description :
This is half year structure training program involving class room, on the job learning and coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills to persue a career in Banking Customer Servicing. A successful trainee will be aready to perform the role of Banking Customer Service, representing the Bank as its front-end in handling various customer inquiries confidently, maintaining satisfactory customer service and relationship, and providing fast solution to customers.
Job Requirement :
– Max. age 25
– Min. S1 preferably from reputable university
– Min. GPA 2.75 of 4.00
– Interested in sales and relationship management to help customers inquiries
– Good business acumen and problem solving ability
– Attractive personality, with good command of English, both written and verbal
2. BAP Relationship Manager Business Banking (BAP RM BB)
Job Description :
This is a one year structured training program involving class room, on the job learning and coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills to persue a career in banking small medium enterprise relationship. A successful trainee will be ready to perform the role of business partners in banking transaction and financial solutions for our Business Banking or Medium sized segments as Relationship Manager.
Job Requirement :
– Max. age 27
– Min. S1 preferably from reputable university with Engineering / Economic / management major
– Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
– Interested in sales role, preferably with a passion to help customers grow business
– Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem solving ability
– Enjoy networking
3. BAP Mortage Sales Specialist (BAP MSS)
Job Description :
This is a half year structured training program involving class room, on the job learning and coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills to persue a career in banking mortage business. A successful trainee will be ready to perform the role of Mortage Sales Specialist advising clients on property, property brokers, and mortage solutions.
Job Requirement :
– Max. age 25
– Min. S1 preferably from reputable university with Engineering / Economic / Management major
– Min. GPA 2.75 of 4.00
– Interested in property sales role
– Good business acumen, analytical, and brobles solving ability
– Attractive personality, with good command of English, both written and verbal
